The Imakatsu Genta Hog is a specialized hog worm designed exclusively for bass fishing, created by pro angler Ooyabu, a specialist in Lake Kasumigaura. It features large asymmetrical claws and three thin flaps on the abdomen, mimicking the appearance of a shrimp's pleopods, which creates a strong appeal to bass looking up during a horizontal fall. The MAX salt content in the claws helps to reduce rotation, ensuring a stable horizontal descent. This high-appeal claw worm has proven effective in various water conditions, from clear to murky. Available in a standard size of 3.5 inches, it also comes in a compact yet voluminous 2.5-inch version called the Tiny Genta Hog.
