The Smith D-Direct is a heavy sinking deep minnow designed specifically for trout fishing. It measures 55mm in length and weighs 6g. Developed to target the dead zone exceeding 1 meter in depth near drop-offs, it quickly sinks due to its 6g weight and reaches deeper waters with its large lip that forces rapid diving. When retrieved, it produces a subtle wobble and roll vibration to attract fish. A high-speed short jerk with the rod held up induces darting and sliding motions, enticing bites. It comes equipped with a D-Contact Hook #12.
