POP SEA CREW’s RECTER 111F is a floating minnow developed to target sea bass feeding on slow-moving bait in the extremely shallow range just below the surface. Despite its slim body, it is designed to produce a slow-pitch wavering action, imitating dying baitfish swaying in the waves or baitfish that have not fully risen to the surface. In addition to use during the “バチ抜け” period, it is also suited to sea bass feeding on baitfish near the surface, including whitebait, juvenile Japanese anchovy, sardines, Japanese sardinella, and halfbeaks.

Its head features a short lip that readily catches water resistance, allowing it to be retrieved with a wake on the surface or allowed to run slightly below the surface, depending on the retrieve speed. Its diving range is 0–10 cm, making it suitable for extremely shallow areas. It measures 111 mm in length, weighs 10.5 g, and is a floating lure with a slow-pitch wavering action. It is equipped with #8 hooks and #2 split rings.
