Puretec Upper Limit Ajing

PureTec Co., Ltd.’s UPPER LIMIT AJING is a rod developed for ajing with lightweight jig heads, designed to enable precise approaches while tracking changes in the current and locating horse mackerel. While retaining the design of the previous WATATSUMI AJING model, it features modified materials for improved sensitivity, along with a titanium guide at the butt section.

The 511-S and 610-S feature delicate tips that readily transmit even subtle changes in the current to the angler’s hand. They are suited to casting lightweight jig heads around areas such as night lights and searching for horse mackerel contacts while detecting changes in the fall and lure action. The sensitive tips make it easier to create a pause that encourages fish to bite, while the sections from the midsection through the butt are designed with ample power for control after the hook set. The 511-S measures approximately 182.5 cm, while the 610-S measures approximately 209.5 cm; both are two-piece rods. The shorter 511-S is suited to fishing where maneuverability is a priority, while the longer 610-S retains the same concept and is easier to use when searching a wider area.
