RUDIE’S Gyoko Metal ~Hirari~ is a micro metal jig designed for targeting a wide variety of species, with a fall action developed to imitate the movements that trigger predatory fish to feed. Its wide S-shaped body creates a light, fluttering action as it falls, while the vertical eye design enhances the fall-focused presentation characteristic of the Gyoko Metal series. The body is equipped with glow tinsel for added flash and visual appeal.

The basic technique is to cast the jig, let it sink to the desired depth, and work it primarily with a falling action. In addition to targeting bites during the fall, anglers can combine lifts followed by another fall or retrieves as conditions dictate, allowing them to cover the water from the surface to near the bottom. Different weights, such as 1.0 g, 1.5 g, and 2 g, can be selected according to the target depth, current, and casting distance. This metal jig is designed for light tackle fishing focused on small baitfish, allowing anglers to target a wide range of predatory fish around harbor structures, including horse mackerel and rockfish.
