ODZ (dohitomi) Jig Head

DOHITOMI’s Range Cross Head is a jig head featuring an ultra-sharp point for converting subtle bites and a head shape designed to stabilize the hook position after imparting action. Grooves on both sides of the head help suppress hook-point wobble, which can occur after twitching, allowing the hook point to remain stable during the hookset. Rather than focusing solely on sharp penetration, the design also takes the hooking position into consideration, making it easier to respond to bites immediately after imparting action.

The head is designed to minimize water resistance on the lift and create resistance during the fall, making it easier to produce a slow-fall presentation. Whether allowing the rig to fall after twitching or combining lift-and-fall retrieves, it helps create a feeding pause during the fall. Available with an M-size (No. 4) hook, head weights include 0.6 g, 0.8 g, 1.0 g, 1.3 g, 1.5 g, 1.8 g, 2.0 g, and 2.3 g. This model allows you to select the weight according to the conditions and the desired handling of your rig. The standard wire diameter is 0.56 mm, supporting delicate, precise hooksets that take full advantage of the sharp hook point.
