BOZLES TG NOBUNAGA NEO is a sliding semi-long metal jig designed to take advantage of tungsten’s high specific gravity, reaching the bottom quickly with a more compact profile than a lead jig. Its slim body reduces water resistance, allowing it to slide laterally with minimal input. Despite being a tungsten jig, it produces an appealing, slightly suspended action on the fall. Its fast fall, made possible by its high specific gravity, is suited to quickly sending the jig into the target depth in areas with current or greater water depth.

The basic technique for jerking is to slide the jig with light inputs rather than applying excessive force to the rod. During the retrieve, its slim semi-long profile produces a sharp, responsive action. Primarily intended for jigging for pelagic species, the 100 g and 120 g models are also designed for use in light jigging. They can be rigged with either a single or twin assist hook at the front. The examples shown feature the 100 g and 120 g models paired with a single 1/0 assist hook with a 2 cm assist length. Overall length varies by weight: the 100 g model measures 144 mm, while the 120 g model measures 153 mm, allowing selection within the same series according to water depth, current, and tackle.
