JUNGLEGYM’s MICRO ASSIST is a double assist hook designed for use with ultra-small jigs. In addition to serving as a replacement assist hook for Jakoichi, it is also compatible with various micro jigs. Tinsel threads are incorporated into the assist section, while the hook features a flat-shank design. The tinsel threads and flat-shank hook each reflect light, adding a flashing effect to ultra-small jigs.
Model J406 is available in three sizes: 3S, SS, and S. Choose the appropriate size according to the size of the jig being used and the balance with the hook size. To install, pass the assist hook’s ring through the jig’s eye and attach it. It can be used to replace an existing assist hook or to add an assist hook to a micro jig. When you want to reevaluate the hook setup of an ultra-small jig, this assist hook adds a flashing element from its tinsel threads and flat-shank hook.
