Crazy Ocean Cast Runner

Crazy Ocean’s Cast Runner squid jig was developed to allow on-the-spot fall adjustments in response to changes in water depth, current, wind, and other conditions. A sinker hanger is built into the underside of the head, allowing additional weight to be quickly attached by clamping on split shot, sinkers, or similar weights. Its fall speed and posture can be easily adjusted to suit field conditions, providing versatility for a wide range of seasons and conditions.

The flowing, smooth-form body is designed for lightness and stability during jerking. Its up-eye design, with the line eye positioned on top of the jig, enhances darting performance. In free fall, it descends in an almost vertical posture, while during tension fall it takes on a slightly head-down posture. When resting on the bottom, it is balanced to keep the head down and the tail naturally elevated. Adding weight to the sinker hanger allows adjustment to suit the current, wind, and water depth. The size 3 weighs 12 g, and the size 3.5 weighs 18 g. Both models use durable stainless-steel squid hooks designed for enhanced rust resistance.
