The UZAKI NISSIN INVICTA Landing Shaft is a telescopic landing shaft designed with an emphasis on portability and ease of handling. The 6009 measures 6.00 m in total length, has 9 sections, a collapsed length of 79 cm, weighs 450 g, and has a carbon content of 99%. Its compact design keeps the collapsed length short, making it easy to carry at fishing spots that require walking while helping ensure the length needed for landing fish. The 500 model is available as the 5011, which measures 5.00 m, has 11 sections, a collapsed length of 56 cm, and weighs 415 g. It differs not only in length but also in the number of sections and collapsed length.

In terms of construction, it features a BAT ferrule ring, and all section joints are hand-finished to help reduce sticking. Subtle unevenness is created at the joints to reduce suction and help prevent sticking problems when extending the shaft. For transport, it can be stored compactly thanks to its short collapsed length; when in use, the necessary sections are extended in sequence to operate the landing net. It also comes with a belt with a ring for convenient carrying and handling. Combining a 6 m length with a 79 cm collapsed length, the 6009 is designed for landing situations that require extra reach, such as locations where there is considerable distance from the fishing position to the water’s surface.
