Blueblue Leptis

BlueBlue’s Leptis is a semi-long metal jig developed for targeting fish larger than average on light jigging trips. Its silhouette differs from the compact jigs that have become mainstream in recent years, with the design intended to reduce bites from smaller fish and target larger fish when they strike. The tail-heavy body produces a fast fall, making it easier to detect bottom contact even in areas with strong current. Because it is easy to keep the line taut during the fall, it also responds well to rod actions. Its moderate resistance—not too heavy and not too light—makes it easy to feel changes in current and bites through the rod, while also helping reduce fatigue during long periods of jigging. This model is easy to use when you need to reach the bottom quickly or when compact jigs are attracting too many small fish and you want to take advantage of the semi-long profile to selectively target larger fish. It is available in 130 g and 150 g sizes.
