Blueblue Bashooot!!!

BlueBlue’s Bashooot!!! is a jig minnow developed to target a wide range of predatory fish that feed on anchovies. Its streamlined design minimizes air resistance, providing the casting distance needed to cover a wide area and making it easy to quickly reach distant feeding frenzies. The Bashooot!!! 105 measures 105 mm in length and weighs 37 g, producing a wobbling-and-rolling action on the retrieve and a rolling action with a horizontal posture on the fall.

Featuring a through-wire construction, it is designed to accommodate #2 hooks—large for a jig minnow—at both the front and rear, making it suitable for targeting bluefish, bonito, dorado, and other species. Downsizing the hooks produces a wider action and allows the lure to rise more quickly, so the setup can also be adjusted when targeting flounder and sea bass from the surf, Japanese sea bass from rocky shores, red sea bream, and other species. The recommended split ring size is #5 for bluefish and #3 for sea bass and flounder; the recommended hook size is #2 for bluefish and #4 for sea bass and flounder.
