Yamatoyo Nylon Shock Leader Fluorescent Murasaki

YAMATOYO TEGUSU’s NYLON SHOCK LEADER FLUORESCENT PURPLE is a nylon shock leader designed for improved visibility during night fishing. When illuminated with a UV light, its fluorescent purple line color becomes easier to see, helping improve visibility when tying the leader. In addition to use as a shock leader, it is also suitable for making rigs and other terminal tackle.

Made from 100% super nylon, it offers the flexibility and ease of handling characteristic of nylon. Compared with fluorocarbon, it is easier to tie and helps absorb shock through its initial stretch. Nylon is also water-absorbent, however, and is less suitable than fluorocarbon for long-term underwater use and durability. A slim spool makes it easy to carry, and a rubber spool band is included. The 30 m spool is available from No. 0.8 to No. 3, the 20 m spool from No. 3.5 to No. 7, and the 15 m spool in No. 8, allowing you to choose the appropriate size for your application. This visibility-focused nylon line is designed for situations where you need to tie knots or make rigs while checking the line’s position at night.
