Tict Ajibokko

TICT’s Ajibokko is a straight worm designed for horse mackerel fishing, featuring a unique pinecone-like, umbrella-shaped body and an ultra-fine pin tail that create an original appeal. Unlike rings or ribs, the umbrella-shaped body is designed to catch water easily, making it easier to feel the lure’s movement even when paired with a light jig head. In addition to the vibration produced by the body in the water, the pin tail responds to even the slightest current, moving with a subtle, lively quiver. Another feature is that the body readily traps air, helping it maintain a nearly horizontal posture.

The basic setup is to rig it on a lightweight jig head and work the lure while adjusting the depth by utilizing the jig head’s weight. The combination of the water-catching body shape and the tail’s subtle movement responds well to delicate presentations. It is available in Ajibokko 2.5-inch and the downsized Ajibokko 1.5-inch model, allowing anglers to vary the worm’s profile while retaining the same umbrella-shaped body and finely quivering tail.
