O.S.P’s ALICI is a metal jig developed from the concept of creating a jig that can produce a variety of falling actions on its own. Its asymmetrical shape distributes the center of gravity between the front and rear, producing a seesaw fall with a back-and-forth rocking motion as its basic action, as well as a horizontal fall accompanied by flash. When line tension is applied, it transitions into a spiral fall and can also momentarily lose its balance during the fall. Even when the same retrieve is repeated, it is designed to produce a different falling action each time, triggering bites with changes in movement during the fall. Short-pitch jerks produce crisp, erratic darts, allowing a wide range of actions by combining the fall and the jerk.

Available in 45 g, 60 g, and 80 g sizes, it features a form modeled after the Japanese anchovy. Assist hooks are included as standard, with a twin-hook setup at the front and a single hook at the rear, balancing the initial hook-up rate with secure holding power after the fish is hooked. When used for Japanese seabass, it can also be fished with the front and rear hooks switched. In addition to fall-focused presentations, this metal jig makes it easy to adjust the action by varying line tension or using short-pitch jerks, with an emphasis on creating changes during the fall.
