Hamada Shokai Easy Nylon Leader

Hamada Shokai Co., Ltd.’s Easy Nylon Leader is a nylon shock leader designed for lure fishing with PE line, allowing anglers to quickly set up a leader at the fishing spot. The leader end features a loop and snap. The PE line is doubled back to form a loop, and the leader is connected using a loop-to-loop method by passing the two loops through each other. This simplifies the process of attaching the leader and allows easy handling through the snap when replacing it.

The leader is 1 m long and available in sizes from No. 1 (4 lb) to No. 5 (20 lb). Each size is matched with a corresponding PE line range and snap size: No. 1 is compatible with PE 0.2–0.6 and snap #00; No. 2 with PE 0.5–1.0 and #0; No. 3 with PE 0.6–1.2 and #1; No. 4 with PE 0.8–1.5 and #2; and No. 5 with PE 0.8–2.0 and #2. To use, double back the PE line from the reel side and wrap it around itself several times to form a loop. Then pass the snap of the Easy Nylon Leader through the loop on the PE line, thread it through the loop on the leader side, and tighten the connection. This model simplifies the connection procedure and makes it easy to select the appropriate size according to the conditions and PE line being used.
