Ocean Ruler Bite Marker

Ocean Ruler’s Bite Markers are designed to be set on the hook point or shank to improve visibility to fish and clearly define the bite point. In addition to serving as a visual target that helps bring bites to the hook, they also function as stoppers to limit hook movement when used with Mini Chiku or weedless sinkers. When you want to reduce unnecessary hook movement, slide the marker to the connection point to secure the hook and stabilize the rig’s action. Setting it at the knot also helps protect the line from damage during hook-setting and helps prevent losing the rig.

Available colors include long-lasting glow green and glow pink, as well as a clear white UV-reactive color that is easy to use during the day. Sizes S, M, and L are available for selection according to the hook size being used. To install, first insert the Bite Marker onto the hook and expose the eye, then pass the hook eye through the shaft of the Mini Chiku. Slide the Bite Marker to the connection point and secure it in place.
