Major Craft Solpara Light Jigging is a light jigging rod designed for easy enjoyment in bays and nearshore waters. It combines a supple blank with ample butt power to handle unexpected large fish. The blank is primarily made of medium-modulus carbon for easy jig manipulation, while the thick-walled butt section features a “bend and land” design. Its regular-fast action makes it easy to control the jig while absorbing the runs of hooked fish.

The baitcasting models feature a detachable-grip, down-lock design. They use Fuji K guide frames with an original guide layout that reduces line tangles while balancing strength and light weight. The comfortable reel seat and grip shape accommodate a wide range of reels and are designed with ease of operation and balance in mind. The SPJLJ-B64ML handles jigs from 40–150 g and PE line up to 1.5号, making it suitable for targeting everything from amberjack and other pelagic fish to cutlassfish with vertical slow actions using jigs around 120 g. The SPJLJ-B64M handles jigs from 60–180 g and PE line up to 2.0号. This power model is designed for battling large pelagic fish with jigs over 150 g, as well as nearshore baitcasting-reel jigging.
