Major Craft’s JIGPARA is a metal jig developed with an emphasis on ease of use for shore jigging and versatility in lure manipulation. The standard model features a center-balanced, asymmetrical design, offering casting performance from its compact profile and handling that accommodates everything from high-pitch jerks to slow presentations. It is equipped with original Japanese-made hooks on the front and rear, with a setup focused on improving hook-up performance. A multilayer coating also enhances the durability of the finish.

JIGPARA SURF is a derivative model designed with a slim, rear-weighted body to achieve long casting distances, while combining the attraction of a blade with a natural swimming action like that of a minnow. Its design helps keep the lure from rising too easily, making it suitable for searching shallow areas with a steady retrieve or slow retrieve, and it is equipped with two treble hooks. JIGPARA Vertical Long Slide is designed to transition easily into a sliding action with light rod lifts, while its unique cross-sectional shape generates reversing currents that produce a horizontal fall. The models in the series differ in shape, balance point, and hook setup, allowing them to be selected for different applications, from casting and steady retrieves in the surf to vertical slow jigging.
