Taniyama Squid Seeker

TANIYAMA SHOJI., LTD.’s Squid Seeker is an egi developed to efficiently search deeper spots, areas with strong currents, and windy conditions while maintaining the same handling feel as the 30 g model in Tip Run eging. The 3.5-size, 35 g-class model adds 5 g to the 30 g model, enhancing sinking performance while retaining a similar operating feel. In Tip Run eging, which uses rod movements to animate the egi and primarily searches near the bottom, it is suited to situations where detecting bottom contact is difficult with the standard model, as well as spots down to around 40 m deep. In addition, the 40 g, size 3.5 heavy model features an ABS resin body and can be combined with Bullet Sinkers designed for the Squid Seeker series, allowing the weight to be adjusted according to sea conditions. By taking advantage of the differences in weight and body design between models, anglers can choose the model best suited to their Tip Run conditions, from shallow to deep water and from calm seas to areas with strong currents.
