Shout! Heavy Spark Assist

SHOUT’s Heavy Spark Hard Single is a single assist hook designed for use on the front of jigs across a wide range of jigging styles, from high-pitch to slow-pitch. It combines an ultra-penetrating, heavy-wire hook with PE assist line featuring an ester core. Equipped with a Heavy Spark Hook finished with a clear fluorine coating, it is built to handle powerful fighters such as tuna, amberjack, yellowtail kingfish, and Japanese yellowtail when used with heavy main lines and high drag tensions.

The assist line is a hard type with an ester core, helping the hook maintain its position at the front of the jig. Even if it develops a bend or kink, pulling the line allows it to return to its original shape. Available in three lengths—2 cm, 3 cm, and 4 cm—so you can choose according to the jig shape and hook mounting position. Hook sizes range from 1/0 to 5/0. The PE line is rated at 100 lb for sizes 1/0 and 2/0, 120 lb for size 3/0, and 150 lb for sizes 4/0 and 5/0. Equipped with a press ring and split ring, it is designed for attachment to the front of a jig.
