The SHIMANO EXSENCE WISON 77S JET BOOST is a 77 mm, 13 g lip-equipped sinking pencil developed to target the range where baitfish gather during micro-bait patterns, enticing fish while maintaining a consistent depth. In addition to its size, which is well suited to small baitfish, it features a lip design that makes it easy to work different depths.

The flat surface on the belly catches the water to produce a shimmy action during the fall, while in current, it can be drifted in a nearly horizontal posture. During the retrieve, it attracts fish with a swinging action. The JET BOOST weight-transfer system supports the weight with a through shaft and spring, helping stabilize initial casting speed, flight posture, and the start of the swimming action after splashdown. It is also equipped with SCALE BOOST, a multi-pitch hologram that mimics the scales of a baitfish.
