Shimano’s OCEA Pencil Bessatsu Hiramas 145F is a floating pencil bait designed for offshore casting, combining long-distance casting performance with ease of initiating the dive while producing an S-shaped diving action. With an emphasis on controllability, it is easy to make the lure dive steadily even from elevated platforms such as Horsehead, and is suitable for casting games targeting amberjack, as well as yellowtail and tuna. Measuring 145 mm and weighing 46 g, it is well suited to situations with smaller baitfish or when a smaller profile is preferred.

The body features Shimano’s original Kyōrin Hologram, designed based on the scales of real sardines. The hologram’s carefully arranged scale pattern and reflective properties create complex flashes underwater. The OT-145K is a floating model rigged with two #2/0 hooks.
