COREMAN’s ZETTAI is a metal jig developed for pier-side jigging during daytime sea bass fishing, with an emphasis on triggering reaction bites through the fall and rod-shaking actions. The representative CZ-30 model measures 70 mm in length and weighs 30 g. In addition to a body shape that readily produces an “Inazuma Slide Fall” and erratic darts, its body surfaces are intentionally designed to be broad to create strong flash. With its center of gravity positioned slightly toward the rear from the center, it is suitable not only for dropping the jig alongside a pier, but also for casting horizontally.

For pier-side jigging, the basic technique is to let the jig fall alongside the pier and work it with a combination of short falls and rod-shaking actions. When casting, a wide area can be searched while combining the fall and rod-shaking actions. For pier-side jigging, the manufacturer recommends using an NT Power Swivel size 6–7, COREMAN’s Kodawari Assist Hook size S–M, and a size #2 split ring. For casting, use a COREMAN Snap size #0–1, a Kodawari Assist Hook size S–M, and a size #2 split ring. In the on-hook configuration, one size M assist hook is attached to the front and one size S assist hook to the rear, providing a setup suited to both the fall and darting actions.
