Abu Garcia Salty Stage

Abu Garcia’s Yura Yura Tama is a tai-rubber lure featuring a combination of hollow, small beads. After the head reaches the bottom, the beads remain visible as they move slowly, while the lure is designed to entice bites with a retrieve that minimizes lag. The head and small beads are designed to separate, allowing the beads to sway during the fall. When the beads are housed inside the head, they create an additional sonic appeal alongside the action of the necktie. The necktie features a slim design combining a straight tail and double curly tails, producing subtle vibrations while remaining easy to move even in weak current.

The lure is basically a free-sliding design, but it can be easily converted to a fixed setup by inserting a toothpick or similar item into the hole at the top of the head. Up to 10g of the small “Kachi Kachi Tama” bead can also be combined with the head. The hook setup consists of three hooks: two main hooks for solid hooksets, plus one assist hook designed to catch fish that attack the head. A worm keeper is also included, allowing worms such as Gulp! to be attached. Available in 40g, 60g, and 80g sizes, this model is well suited to situations with a limited range of presentation, including shallow water, vertical fishing, and slack tide.
