The alphatackle CRAZEE SHORE JIG GAME is a versatile spinning rod designed to make it easy to get started with shore jigging from the surf or breakwaters. Available in 9- and 10-foot lengths with MH and H power ratings, the lineup allows anglers to choose the model suited to their fishing location and metal jig weight.
Featuring a two-piece construction, the 902MH and 1002MH handle lures up to 45 g, while the 902H and 1002H handle lures up to 60 g. The MH models offer a good balance of ease of use and casting distance, while the H models provide the power needed to work heavier lures more easily. The butt section is equipped with Fuji MN guides mounted in a reversed configuration to help reduce line tangles. The rod is suited to casting metal jigs from the surf or breakwaters and searching the water with basic techniques such as steady retrieves and lift-and-fall presentations. The 9-foot models prioritize maneuverability, while the 10-foot models offer a longer casting stroke and greater casting distance.
