Jado Atoll Grindin' Wire SW

Ja-do’s Atoll Grindin’Wire SW13 (Grindin'Wire-13SW) is a topwater pencil lure that scales up the Grindin’Wire’s size and enhances its attraction. Based on a minnow-shaped design, its 130 mm body features a relatively flat cross-section that creates a smooth sliding action while engaging the water’s surface. Depending on how it is worked, it can be made to dive or dart underwater, allowing for presentations beyond a monotonous steady retrieve. Despite its large body, it offers a light and responsive feel during operation.

The body is made from 1.5 mm-thick ABS and features a wire-through construction with a 1.3 mm wire running through it. The naked weight is approximately 30 g, and the diving range is TOP. Its basic presentation focuses on surface slides and wake action, while rod work can also be used to combine diving and rising movements. Designed for hard fights against species such as sea bass and pelagic fish, it is supplied without hooks or split rings so they can be selected according to the conditions of use. As a guideline, it is compatible with two #1 hooks and #4–5 split rings. This large topwater plug emphasizes strength and controllability and is available in a range of saltwater-oriented colors.
