YO-ZURI’s BLANKA is a metal jig designed for sharp action, vertical jigging, and swimming presentations. A Crash Laser Sheet is positioned centrally on the rear section of the body to produce brilliant reflected flashes. The balance is optimized for each size by giving smaller models a lighter tail and larger models a heavier tail. This design helps maintain a stable posture during casting and makes the jig suitable not only for casting from shore but also for vertical presentations from a boat.

The standard models are available in 18g, 28g, and 40g sizes, supporting sharp movements produced by rod action as well as vertical presentations incorporating a fall. Select the weight according to the target depth, current, and tackle being used, and work the jig with lift-and-fall retrieves after reaching the bottom or by swimming it through a consistent depth. The lineup also includes the BLANKA Tachiuo SP for cutlassfish, which is based on the BLANKA’s action and uses colors proven effective for cutlassfish fishing. Models such as the 100g version are available, and since hooks are not included, separately sold hooks can be matched to the fishing method and tackle being used.
