YAMARIA Corporation’s EGI DROPPER is a size 2.5 dropper designed for Kensaki squid fishing with the omorig rig. It features a slim egi profile that squid can easily grasp. In addition to traditional sute-style colors, the lineup includes natural colors that replicate baitfish, with options offering different luminous effects and silhouettes, including night glow, Keimura, Neon Bright, and 490 Glow.
The belly features “Switch Belly,” with 490 Glow applied to attract squid tracking the egi from below as it is sharply lifted. Even small rod lifts easily produce a lively action, making it suitable for actively working the lure with a short leader to entice squid. Body colors include classic options such as Red/White, Red/Yellow, Red/Blue, and Red/Green, along with Hovering Green, Deep Blue, Tropical Pinky, Cobalt Shine, Ink Rush, Gold Aji, Red Shrimp, and Silver Mackerel. The hooks feature a 0.6 mm wire diameter and a two-tier hook configuration.
