YAMARIA’s EGI-OH is a series of egi squid jigs designed around a lively darting action to present the jig clearly to squid and encourage them to strike. The flagship EGI-OH LIVE enhances darting performance over its predecessor while maintaining a wide action and reducing forward travel, making it easier to efficiently search a limited area. Its low-center-of-gravity design stabilizes movement during rod jerks and the flight attitude during casting. The sinker uses a Blade Sinker with revised material and shape, and also supports weight tuning using the guide holes on the sides.

In addition to the Basic type, the EGI-OH LIVE is available in a Shallow type for slowly enticing squid in shallow water. In size 3.5, the Basic type has a sink rate of approximately 3 seconds per meter, while the Shallow type sinks at approximately 6 seconds per meter. The Shallow type is easy to identify by its blue eyes and feather, and is also equipped with a 490GLOW eye cup. The EGI-OH LIVE NEON BRIGHT uses Neon Bright UV-reactive colors with different red, green, and blue wavelengths, allowing anglers to select colors according to water color and light levels. The size 3.5 Basic type weighs 21 g, measures 105 mm in total length, and has a sink rate of approximately 3 seconds per meter. Depending on the color, options are available with partial flashing or an emphasis on silhouette.
