NAKAZIMA’s Ikara-Biner is designed as an egi holder that allows squid jigs to be carried and stored while protecting them with a safety cover. The egi can be secured with one touch, and the holder can be attached to a life jacket, bag, or other item using the carabiner for hands-free carrying. When changing lures, the attached egi can be removed quickly, making it suitable for rotating between multiple egi.
The cover is designed to protect the egi’s crown hooks and can also be used for storage in a vehicle or at home. After use, the holder can be washed thoroughly with the cover still attached and dried while hanging. Available sizes include M, designed for 2.5–3.0-size egi, and L, designed for 3.0–4.0-size egi. Carabiner specifications may vary depending on the color, and some egi may not be compatible depending on the shape or size of their crown hooks. When carrying a product with considerable weight attached, vibration or other movement may cause it to come loose from the cover; always check that it is securely fastened before use.
