DUO International’s Metal Garage PLATE-VIB is a metal vibration lure designed to provide consistent casting distance and a stable swimming posture during steady retrieves and lift-and-fall presentations. It features a solid metal body with a stainless-steel plate sandwiched between weights. Its compact profile and high specific gravity allow it to sink easily and make it easy to cast even in strong winds. Designed to produce high-pitch vibration while minimizing retrieve resistance, it offers a comfortable feel that makes continuous retrieves easy. It is also designed to help reduce line tangles that can occur when the lure lands after the cast or during rod manipulation.

Two line eyes are provided at the front and rear. The front eye reduces resistance for retrieving in shallow ranges and fast-paced lift-and-fall presentations, while the rear eye increases resistance for slowly probing deeper water or areas near the bottom. It can be used primarily with a steady retrieve, while the retrieve range can be adjusted through rod angle and retrieve speed. It is also suitable for lift-and-fall presentations and techniques incorporating jerks. Available weights include 10 g, 15 g, 20 g, and 26 g, allowing selection according to water depth, current, and the casting distance required. Hook sizes are #12 for the 10 g model, #8 for the 15 g and 20 g models, and #7 for the 26 g model. A versatile model for targeting sea bass, bluefish and other pelagic species, flounder, and flathead.
