Decoy (katsuichi) Taiga Leader

KATSUICHI Taiga Leader WL-10 is an extra-thick fluorocarbon lure leader designed to reduce line breakage caused by sharp-toothed fish such as cutlassfish and Spanish mackerel. Its material is less likely to feel unnatural to fish than wire, while the characteristic stiffness of fluorocarbon helps prevent tangles and makes it easy to handle.

The lure or jighead connection features a V-snap for quick, one-touch attachment. The opposite end has a loop, allowing the main PE line to be connected directly for fast leader changes. With an overall length of 50 cm, it is available in No. 12 (48 lb) and No. 16 (64 lb). It is easy to pair with lures such as wind-style rigs, plugs, and jigheads, and can be used as a leader when targeting sharp-toothed fish. Before use, pull both ends to partially remove any memory from the fluorocarbon, then attach the leader.
