Daiwa Shore Line Shiner Z Set Upper

DAIWA’s SHORELINE SHINER Z SETUPPER is a search-oriented sinking minnow designed to cover the mid-water range from locations such as breakwaters and rocky shores, combining long casting distance with diving performance. The 125S-DR-LI features Laser Impact, created by a 3D multi-reflection structure, producing multidirectional flashes of light reminiscent of baitfish, along with a natural flashing effect during the retrieve. Its low-air-resistance aero lip makes it easy to cast despite its long-lip design, allowing anglers to target depths of over 2 m. With a slow-sinking setting, it is suited to slow to medium retrieves and produces a high-pitch, tight wobble and roll while swimming, along with irregular sliding action in response to changes in the current. It is designed to entice fish with a simple steady retrieve, without requiring any special rod manipulation.

Inside, it features the Silent Weight Oscillate System, which moves tungsten weights, and HGS, which creates irregular action by changing the way the weight is held in place. The 125S-DR-LI comes standard with three #6 treble hooks and #3 split rings. The Fullback 125S-DR-LI is a wide-body model based on the 125S-DR, with its side-profile visual area expanded to approximately 125%, making it more likely to produce strong flashing and vibration. The processed area for Laser Impact and the internal reflector area have also been enlarged, while MAGLOCK Ver. S pursues smooth action initiation, improved depth retention, and a darting reaction. The standard hooks are three #6 trebles, and the split rings are #3.
