Daiwa Saltiga Assist SS SLJ

DAIWA’s SALTIGA ASSIST SS SLJ is designed to allow anglers to choose the assist hook configuration, number of hooks, and wire diameter according to the fish targeted with SLJ and the fishing conditions. The lineup includes front twin, rear single, rear twin, and front-and-rear sets, each available with standard- and heavy-wire hooks in sizes S, M, L, and LL. This allows hook setups to be selected according to the jig’s attachment position and the situation being targeted. The hooks feature DAIWA’s SAXAS fluorine-based special plating, designed to enhance penetration through its surface treatment. In addition, the assist line incorporates a fluorocarbon core that provides an appropriate level of stiffness and strength, helping reduce tangling with the jig and leader. It also features kemura tinsel, intended to enhance appeal in deep water and other low-light conditions. This lineup allows anglers to choose whether to attach the hooks to the front or rear, whether to use single or twin hooks, and whether to select standard- or heavy-wire hooks according to the jig’s characteristics and fishing style.
