Daiwa Emeraldas Boat II

DAIWA’s EMERALDAS BOAT II is designed to balance the smooth, fast fall, controllability near the bottom, responsive darting action in response to rod jerks, and moderate pulling resistance required for tip-run eging and boat eging. Its integrated head-and-sinker construction efficiently provides sufficient weight while creating a strong, compact profile that minimizes spiraling during the fall.

Designed for boat eging, the body provides ample buoyancy while responding naturally with a darting action when jerked. Pulling resistance is also retained to accommodate tip-run techniques, in which bites are detected through the rod tip. Standard models are available in size 2.75 at 25 g, size 3 at 25 g and 35 g, size 3.25 at 30 g, and size 3.5 at 30 g. Weight can be increased by attaching the Kamen Sinker Boat II. Use the jig by itself during the early season or in standard conditions, and with an additional sinker in deeper water or stronger currents. The crown features Japanese-made Super Sharp stepped hooks, designed for excellent penetration and resistance to opening.
