DAIWA’s MORETHAN LAZY FASHAD LASER IMPACT is based on the fat shad sinking pencil FASHAD 100S and features LASER INTERACTION, a 3D multi-reflective structure. It emits high-intensity reflected light in multiple directions and is designed to reproduce the flashing reflections of a swimming baitfish, providing visual appeal even in low-light conditions.
This sinking model measures 100 mm and weighs 32 g, with an effective running depth of 0.3 to approximately 1.5 m. The fin on the head changes the action from a tight rolling motion, with the body vibrating in small movements during an ultra-slow retrieve, to a wide S-shaped slalom during a standard retrieve. As the retrieve speed increases, a darting action occurs intermittently between high-speed S-shaped slaloms accompanied by strong vibration, allowing you to add variation during the retrieve. The manufacturer-measured casting distance is 72.3 m on average and 76.5 m maximum. When fish activity is low or predators are feeding at greater depths, it can be used with a dead-slow to slow retrieve to search the mid to lower water column. When fish are focused on the surface, a fast retrieve with the rod held high allows you to run the lure through the top layer. It comes equipped with #2 treble hooks and #4 split rings, and also features a rattle.
