DAIWA’s MORETHAN MINIENT is an upsized shad-style vibration lure developed for depths, current conditions, strong winds, and elevated fishing spots that the MINIENT 57S could not fully handle. Its rounded, bullet-shaped profile makes it easy to cast into pinpoint areas such as behind bridge pilings and along seawalls, while its compact body produces a high-pitch, wide vibration. It handles everything from slow to fast retrieves with stability, and adds a rolling action during slow retrieves. It is also designed to reduce hook tangles during flight and spiraling during the fall.

The MINIENT 70S measures 70 mm and weighs 20 g, and comes equipped with #6 treble hooks. In addition to a standard retrieve, it can be used for drifting in rivers with gentle current, retrieving while lightly bumping along the bottom, and lift-and-fall presentations around light-and-dark boundaries or bottom structure. With the “3D Dart” action, which makes the lure slide widely from side to side when the rod is worked vertically, let it sink to the desired depth, introduce line slack, and work it slowly with one-pitch jerks. Combining the fall after each jerk creates a varied presentation in both daytime and nighttime conditions. The MINIENT 57S measures 57 mm and weighs 11.5 g, and comes equipped with #10 treble hooks, while the 70S is better suited to deeper ranges, strong winds, and current.
