Sunline Ester Weight Rig

SUNLINE’s Ajiro Ester Omorig Rig Single/Double is designed for exploring a wide area with an omorig rig while making it easier to target squid that are reluctant to bite. It is made with polyester line and uses ultra-sensitive ester line that readily transmits even subtle bites from the rod tip to your hand. Pulling the line helps straighten out twists and memory, making it easier to keep the rig straight and reducing tangles and wasted time when replacing the rig.

The lineup includes Stealth Pink, made with the Ikametal Leader SV-I, and Isaribi Green, which blends easily into the surrounding water when illuminated by fishing lights. SV-I uses a pink color that is difficult for squid to see and is intended for use in situations where squid are easily spooked. The Single uses one dropper, with leader lengths of 70 cm for the Short, 100 cm for the Middle, and 150 cm for the Long. The Double features a two-tier branch-line configuration: the Short has a 100 cm main line, a 10 cm first branch line, and a 70 cm second leader; the Middle has a 130 cm main line, a 10 cm first branch line, and a 100 cm second leader. All versions use 4-size leaders, allowing anglers to choose the rig length and number of droppers according to the target depth and squid response.
