Sunline’s SYSTEM SHOCK LEADER NYLON Tough-Flexx is a nylon shock leader engineered with precisely tuned strength and stretch to achieve both durability and flexibility. Designed with not only tensile strength but also shock-absorbing stretch in mind, it absorbs the loads encountered during the fight while bringing out the full potential of nylon as a material.

Made from nylon line, it features a UV-cut manufacturing process to help reduce deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays, along with Single Resin Processing, in which various performance-enhancing resins are applied as a single-layer coating. Its increased flexibility makes it easy to tie even in larger diameters, and when knotting it to PE line, the leader is designed to tighten readily in line with the braid, providing a more distinct sense of secure engagement. The color is Phantom Gray, which suppresses the diffuse reflection of light. Parallel-wound spooling, available up to No. 100, helps reduce line memory and surface irregularities, while the wide spool band allows the line to be pulled smoothly from the spool. It is well suited to big-game saltwater lure fishing setups that prioritize secure knots and shock absorption.
