Sunline Small Game FC II

Sunline’s SaltiMate SMALL GAME FC II is a fluorocarbon line designed not only to be soft and supple, but also to provide a moderate level of stiffness for improved handling and sensitivity during tension-fall presentations. Its low stretch and high specific gravity—characteristic of fluorocarbon—help reduce line slack, allow the line to sink quickly through the current, and make it easier to get lightweight jig heads down. It helps anglers detect bites during tension falls and supports count-down techniques for working different depths from the surface to the bottom.

The slightly stiff line structure makes it easier to transmit lure control when retrieving and swimming worms or plugs at a desired depth. During lift-and-fall presentations, keeping the tension from becoming too slack helps reduce excess line sag and makes light bites easier to detect. It conforms well to shallow spools and helps reduce backlashes. It also features TRP treatment to reduce friction against the guides and a saltwater-resistant coating. In addition, Triple Resin Processing provides suppleness for knot tying and abrasion resistance, while parallel-wound spooling helps reduce line memory and surface irregularities. The 120 m single spool is available in 1–5.5 lb, while the 240 m single spool is available in 1.5–3.5 lb. The 120 m spool uses parallel winding.
