SASAME’s SHOUT Single Kudako is a single-hook assist rig with a PE line, designed to be attached to plugs for topwater games targeting yellowtail kingfish, giant trevally, and tuna. Compared with treble hooks, it is designed to help reduce fish coming unbuttoned after the hookset. Its slightly longer assist-hook configuration enhances hooking response, making it easier for the hook to be inhaled and penetrate even on short bites.
It features a Kudako hook combined with PE line and secured with a press ring and shrink tube. The Kudako hook has a point shape designed for excellent hook penetration and is attached to the plug’s front or rear eye via the press ring. The 330SK comes in silver and is available in sizes from 1/0 to 9/0. Weight ranges from 1.5 to 14.0 g per hook, with PE strength set at either 200 lb or 300 lb and press ring sizes ranging from 5 to 8, depending on the size. This model allows you to select the appropriate size based on the balance between the plug’s size and weight and its mounting position.
