SASAME HOOKS, LTD.’s SHOUT! Curve Point Treble is a saltwater treble hook designed around a curved point, with hook-setting performance in real fishing situations considered from multiple angles. Its inward-curved, “neri” point design helps the hook penetrate smoothly during the hook set, while the moderately flattened gap and rugged wire securely hold the fish once it has set into the throat. It also features ARS (Anti Rust System), a special corrosion-resistant surface treatment that provides the rust resistance and durability required for saltwater use. When attached to a plug, it is also officially described as helping reduce damage to the lure body caused by the hook.

The 221CS is a versatile medium-wire model, suited as a basic treble hook for nearshore casting plugs targeting species such as Japanese sea bass, dorado, and yellowtail, as well as for replacement use. It is available in sizes from 4 to 4/0, allowing selection according to lure size and the tackle being used. The 231CS is a heavy-wire model designed for big fish, compatible with casting plugs targeting amberjack, tuna, and giant trevally, and available in sizes from 1/0 to 7/0. This series allows anglers to choose the appropriate model according to the lure, target species, and required strength, from light games to powerful casting applications.
