SASAME’s SHOUT! Assist BB Swivel is a rigging component that combines a ball-bearing swivel with a split ring and a pressed ring, integrating lure connection and assist hook attachment into a single setup.
The powerful BB swivel at its core has been redesigned to address the areas where conventional ball-bearing swivels posed strength-related issues. The internal structure of the three components that make up the bearing section has been improved, while the volume of the central shaft material has also been increased for greater strength.
The bearing balls are made from highly spherical SUS304H stainless steel. This design helps maintain smooth rotation even under tension, reducing the strain placed on the line during a fight. In shallow-water jigging, where casting is frequently used, it can also help reduce line twist. Attach the split ring to the lure side and the assist hook to the pressed ring. Available in multiple sizes, each with a designated split-ring strength and powerful BB swivel strength, allowing you to choose the appropriate size according to the jig being used and the expected load.
