SASAME’s SHOUT Powerful Jaco is a heavy-duty version of the Jaco Hook assist hook for inshore fishing, reinforced for targeting larger fish. It is designed for situations where anglers need to overpower amberjack and yellowtail, which are prone to diving into structure, and features the monster-capable KUDAKO HOOK.
The hook uses a KUDAKO HOOK, while the assist line is made of PE line, combined with an embossed sheet and rainbow threads. It retains the proven attraction features of the Jaco Hook while offering the power needed for targeting larger fish. In addition to adding visual presence, it functions as an assist hook when attached to a jig. The 08-PJ is available in hook sizes from 1/0 to 5/0, with PE line strength matched to each size: 150 lb for 1/0, 200 lb for 2/0 and 3/0, and 300 lb for 4/0 and 5/0. This model makes it easy to select the appropriate hook size for jigging targeting large pelagic fish and tuna, based on the jig and fish size as well as the expected load.
