Cultiva Cast Ring Shield Wire

C'ultiva’s P-43 Cast Ring Shield Wire is a split ring designed with a balance of weight and strength intended to preserve lure action during casting. The combination of wire diameter and material is configured for casting applications, providing a weight that is less likely to interfere with lure movement while delivering the strength required at connection points.

The surface features a zinc (ZN) coating that helps delay hook rust, reduce the transfer of rust from the ring to the lure, and prevent the wire inside the lure from breaking due to rust. It can be used at connection points such as between a lure’s eye and hook. Available in sizes #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10 for casting applications, each size has a different inner diameter, outer diameter, and wire diameter, allowing you to select the appropriate ring for the lure or hook eye being used.
