Cultiva Jigger Short Chaser

Cultiva’s JIGGER MEDIUM JCS-39 Short Chaser is an assist hook designed for situations where the distance from the angler to the hook tends to be longer, such as when using a single hook on a casting lure or a rear hook on a metal jig. It adopts the EX-short design of the JIGGER MEDIUM Chase series. Leveraging the characteristics of Chase-style hooks, it is designed to make it easier for the hook point to penetrate even with less setting power. In addition to serving as a rear hook for tuna and yellowtail dotera jigging, it can also be used as an assist hook for casting plugs.

The assist line is made of Zexion Black and paired with a solid ring. The EX-short design keeps the overall hook length compact, making it easier to position behind plugs and jigs. Line lengths are set for each size, with sizes ranging from 5/0 to 13/0. Suitable for single-hook setups on casting plugs both from shore and offshore, as well as rear hooks for jigging targeting large fish.
