OWNER CU-81 Change Stopper is a unit component that allows you to replace tai-rubber skirts, worms, and rubber skirts without cutting the leader. Its design enables quick rig adjustments to suit changing conditions—simply shift the components and insert them into place. You can also combine ties, rubber skirts, and worms to create your own original tai-rubber unit.
The stopper features an original shape designed to create turbulence underwater, imparting movement to the attached rubber skirt, tie, or worm. In addition, the movable head’s eye and the stopper align straight and integrate together, allowing the unit to swim straight in the direction of travel. Because you can replace the desired component by inserting it into the Change Stopper without cutting the leader, you can fine-tune the setup while monitoring fish response—for example, using only a tie, adding a rubber skirt, or combining it with a worm.
