Owner Assist Hook

OWNER Assist Hooks are a range of assist hooks designed to deliver the hooking performance required for jigging while minimizing interference with the jig’s action, with each model optimized for its intended use. The JS-36 Jigger Medium Rock Assist features the JF-36 hook combined with assist cord incorporating a fluorocarbon core to help prevent tangling, and a solid ring positioned to encourage the hook point to face upward. In addition to pre-rigged assist hooks, the lineup also includes flat-eye hooks designed for reduced weight, such as the SJF-41TN Stinger Jigging Hook 41.

The Jigger Light Clinch Assist features a staggered setup, combining a main hook designed for a secure hold that resists pullout with a support hook using the Saber Trigger, which emphasizes penetration performance. By aligning the hook points in the same direction, its design enables multiple hooks to catch the fish as it turns, making it suitable for slow-pitch through deep-water jigging. The Jigger Light Twin Trigger combines twin Saber Trigger hooks with braided assist cord incorporating a thin wire core, providing flexibility that minimizes interference with the jig’s action despite the wire reinforcement. The Jigger Light Hold is designed to hook with its straight point while emphasizing resistance to pullout after penetration. Depending on the jig’s shape, the way it is worked, and the target conditions, anglers can choose from single, twin, staggered, and other hook configurations.
