Evergreen Sato Jig

The EVERGREEN International Sato Jig is a metal jig developed under the complete supervision of jigging expert Kunihiro Sato, with the aim of producing results even in adverse current conditions or when fish are scarce. Based on the requirement for “a flat, long jig that falls quickly and can be moved with small jerks,” it is designed for easy control, allowing anglers to quickly reach the bottom even in conditions such as layered currents and to create the intended action with ease.

The body features a flat, long silhouette designed to maximize visual appeal, with an asymmetrical shape on the top and bottom. A keel extending from the center toward the rear of the underside, together with the pronounced sides, helps produce the intended action with stability during jerks. The nose-and-tail design, featuring a slim nose and a finely tapered tail, is shaped to shed water easily during both the upward movement of a jerk and the downward movement of the fall. It is easy to manipulate with minimal force during jerks, while the rapid fall quickly takes the jig down through the water column, enabling versatile operation in jigging from shallow water to the mid-deep range. It also features small eyes designed to help reduce assist-hook tangles. The lineup includes weights such as 140 g, 180 g, 210 g, and 260 g, with the overall length varied according to weight.
